Instructional Updates:
Graded summative assessments for both math and science are coming home today. Please review the work, sign and return to school. Students keep summative assessments in their portfolios at school for review and reflection.
In math we will continue with our inquiry into fractions. Students are exploring how to add and subtract fractions with like and unlike denominators.

Lesson 4
In science class we explore "motivations for movement" and made connections to magnetism. Students studies properties of magnetism in 3rd grade and this year we will be building upon those physical science understandings and relating magnetism and electricity. This week we will focus our inquiry into static electricity.
