Instructional Updates:
This week in math our focus will be multiplications with multiple-digit factors (up to 4-digit factors). We will be using a variety of strategies and making connections between each strategy. Students are expected to think flexibly and show conceptual understanding of multiplication. Homework and videos are attached below.
In Social Studies we have been inquiring into events leading up to the Civil War. Students have considered how perspectives are impacted by experiences and where you live. In Science we are continuing to explore microorganisms. Students had opportunity to use microscopes today to view several different specimen.
